How are Veneers Applied?
First, the tooth is prepared to accept the veneer, and the tooth surface is ground down. You will most likely be numbed with a local anesthetic while this is done. The veneer is then applied to the prepared areas. While some veneers can be done during a single appointment, if the work or color change is extensive, it may require two appointments to complete.
